The respondent appears in person. His identity is verified by the Deputy Collector and Land Acquisition Officer, Metro Centre No.3, Thane on the basis of Aadhar Card. The consent terms are signed by the respondent who makes a statement that what is stated in the consent terms is acceptable and he is ready to accept the rate of Rs.12/- per sq.meter. Consent terms are also signed by the Deputy Collector/Land Acquisition Officer, Metro Centre No.3, Thane. Consent terms have been signed by the learned Additional Government Pleader for identification.

2/2 fa-1042,caf-1164.01.sxw Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. A writ of this order alongwith record of the reference Court shall be sent within a period of three months from today.

The statements made by the respondent in paragraphs Nos.7 and 8 are accepted.

After the award/decree is drawn, disposed of Land Acquisition Reference be immediately placed before the Reference Court. If the entire amount payable as per the impugned award is already deposited, necessary orders shall be made permitting the respondent to withdraw the amount. If there is a shortfall, the State shall deposit the said amount with the Reference Court within a period of 4 months from today.

Pending Civil Application does not survive and the same is disposed of.
