On 5 March 2024, the following order came to be passed. ".
The learned Counsel for the parties inform that in these three petitions, most of the Petitioners have been paid their dues and the process for disbursement of dues of other Petitioners is under process.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent - Management assures that by 20 March 2024, the Respondent -Management would have issued a demand draft to all the Petitioners in respect of their dues.

Stand over to 21 March 2023, to be listed under the caption "For Directions".

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that if all the Petitioners are received dues by the next date, the petitions would be withdrawn." 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that all the Petitioners have received their respective dues and he has received written instructions to withdraw these petitions. Accordingly, writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.
