The order impugned in the present petition can be challenged before the Sessions Court by filing a revision application. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Writ Petition stands dismissed.

Delay, if any, caused due to pendency of the present writ petition, shall be condoned by the Sessions Court. In the meantime, the proceedings before the trial court shall remain stayed for a period of two weeks to enable the petitioner to file revision application. (JUDGE) Borey 1/1
