1] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] Although, we are not satisfied with the credentials of the petitioner to maintain a petition of this nature, since the allegation is that some donations were collected for construction of a wing to the police station, we feel that the Commissioner of Police under whom, respondent no.3 functions, should look into the matter and consider whether any action is necessary.

3] With the aforesaid direction, we dispose of this petition. In view of disposal of the petition, civil application does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
