The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that he sought certain information, however, the same is not provided to him. He further submits that the order passed by the State Information Commissioner dated 26th June 2012 has not been complied with. It is submitted that in other matters also the order passed by the Chief Information Commissioner filed by the third party is also not followed/implemented.

PIL.160-2013 We have perused the record and considered the submissions. We are not inclined to consider the present Writ Petition as a PIL. The Petitioner is at liberty to resort to appropriate remedies. We have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. Writ Petition is disposed of.
