1] In view of following order, counsel for the applicant makes a motion for withdrawal of the application.

(i) Learned Special Court is directed to frame charge against the applicant in any case within period of 6 weeks from today and then within 6 weeks thereafter, complete recording of evidence of the victim girl.

(ii) Liberty to applicant to approach afresh once the recording evidence of victim girl is completed.
