The learned AGP representing the State on instructions from Ms. Sangita Bhagwat, Education Ofocer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Palghar, who is present in Court states that the Petitioner will be forthwith absorbed as Full-time Library Assistant in Adarsh Vidayamandir, Kelve, Taluka District - Palghar. The Appointment Letter dated 2nd September, 2021 issued to the Petitioner by Ms. Sangita Bhagwat, Education Ofocer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Palghar is handed over to the Petitioner.

The learned AGP on instructions further states that as far as the

PA-Nitin Jagtap 2 / 2 5-WP-8788-2019-UR.doc payment of arrears to the Petitioner is concerned, the same shall be paid to the Petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. The statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.
