Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

The learned counsel for the applicant/appellant, on instructions, states that the appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon in terms of the impugned judgment and decree dated 14th October 2019 passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Mumbai in Suit No. 7702 of 1998 (High Court Suit No. 689 of 1998).

In view of the aforesaid statement and willingness on the part of the appellant to deposit the entire decreetal amount, Shraddha Talekar, PS 1/2

48-ia-3819-2021 stay.doc alongwith interest accrued thereon, there shall be ad-interim stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 14th October 2019 passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Mumbai in Suit No. 7702 of 1998 (High Court Suit No. 689 of 1998), subject to condition of deposit of the aforesaid amount within a period of four weeks from today, with the Registry of this Court.

Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
