As far as prayer clause (b) for modification of the order dated 13th February 2017 is concerned, no case is made out for modification. There is no change in circumstance. As far as prayer clauses (c) and (d) are concerned, the grievance of the applicant is about the letter dated 20th June 2018. The applicant will have to take out appropriate proceedings for challenging the same.
