Heard. This Application is made by the Plaintiff for fixing early date of hearing of the appeal on the ground that the Applicant is a senior citizen.

The learned counsel for the Applicant further submits that the Applicant is ready and willing to file private paper book within 8 weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing 1/3

the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) The Applicant is directed to file private paper book within 8 weeks from today.

b) If private paper book is filed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, hearing of the Second Appeal is expedited in the list of matters pertaining to senior citizen.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
