Heard.

Perused the judgment of the Reference Court. The judgment of the Reference Court is stayed during the pendency of the first appeal on the condition that the appellant deposits the entire amount payable in terms of the award of the Reference Court before the Reference Court within a period of 12 weeks. If the amount is so deposited, the respondents are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court. The balance 25% amount should be deposited in a fixed deposit account of a nationalised bank for a period of 3 years and the same should be renewed from time to time during the pendency of the appeal.
