ORDER

Civil Application is allowed as under :

(a) Order dated 11th July, 2017 passed by this Court is recalled.

(b) Writ Petition No. 8397 of 2016 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits. (c) Civil Application stand disposed of accordingly.
