Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Applicant is already protected by order dated 26th July, 2022. Applicant was to clear the outstanding loan amount. Learned APP submits a copy of report prepared by the Investigating Officer stating that the Applicant was arrested and is also released on bail as per the order of this Court. Applicant has also deposited the alleged amount of fraud committed by him. He has cleared loan amount of Fullerton India Fin. Ltd. and ICICI Bank. Applicant is also ready to file an affidavit that he has cleared the loan amount along with No Dues Certificate.

Leave granted to file affidavit within one week from today. Since the amount is already deposited and there is settlement between the company and the Applicant, this Court finds that no purpose will be served by taking physical custody of the Applicant. Hence, the following order :- i) The Application stands allowed.
ii) Applicant be released on bail in the event of arrest in connection with FIR/CR No.105 of 2021 registered with Khar Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 469, 471, 474 r/w 34 of IPC on furnishing PR bond and one solvent surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/-.
iii) Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required.
iv) Applicant shall furnish his contact details including his mobile number to the concerned Police Station. If there is change in the contact details, Applicant shall immediately inform the same to the concerned Police Station. 4.
The Application stands disposed of.

Pending Interim Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
