The appeal belongs to 2015; the appellant wants an earlier hearing. The appellant's counsel submits that despite acquittal, the employer has denied to the appellant all his service benefits, including the increment though he is on the verge of retirement. As the appellant is a police officer, he informs the Court that the Authorities will not process his claim for pensionary benefit unless the Court directs.
2. The learned APP, on the other hand, expresses her willingness to have the matter heard finally at any time.
3. The Court has to see the pressure of Board before it 1/2

4. So, pending further adjudication, I direct the respondent to process the applicant's claim for terminal benefits.
5. I clarify that the respondent will process the applicant's claim pending the appeal only to avoid further delay. The processing prejudices neither party. Post the matter 08.08.2019 for final hearing.
Thus, Criminal Application No. 1053 of 2019 stands disposed of.
