This Writ Petition is filed by the Revenue challenging the order of rectification passed by the CESTAT. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner-Revenue states that the Respondents have applied under the SVLDRS and have been granted benefit thereof. Learned Counsel state that in light of this position, he has received instructions to withdraw the Writ Petition. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Civil applications stand dismissed accordingly.
