Mrs. M.R. Bhoir, learned counsel for MCGM submits that the structure is in dilapidated condition. Even Mr. Sanjeev Singh, whose Civil Application (St.) No.13053 of 2017 for intervention was allowed by this Hon'ble Court (Coram : G.S. Patel, J.) on 13th June, 2017 is also present.

There is no request on the part of the appellants for adjournment or pass over of the matter. This shows that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. In that view of the matter, Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. Ad-interim reliefs granted earlier stands vacated.
