Heard Mr.B.B.Tiwari, the learned counsel for the applicant. Heard Mrs.M.R.Tidke, the learned APP for the State. The applicant is permitted to depart from India and go to Saudi Arabia during the period from 15th December 2015 to 31st January 2016, on the following conditions :

902-APPA-893-2015.doc a) The applicant shall furnish additional security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for his appearance before this court, by furnishing a surety in the said amount and / or cash deposit of the said amount and by executing an appropriate bond.

b) The applicant shall give atleast 72 hours previous notice in writing to the investigating agency about his travel details, such as Ticket number, Visa number, Flight number etc.

c) The applicant shall give his contact telephone numbers where he would be available for communication while abroad along with his emailid. d) The applicant shall return to India on or before 31st January 2016 and report compliance of this direction to the court within a week thereafter. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
