Mr. Sabban states that he wants to settle with the Bank and he has certain proposals at which the matter can be settled with respondent Bank. Mr. Tripathi states that petitioners' earlier proposal was rejected by the Branch Manager.

In our view, the matter should be taken up at the highest level of the Region and Head of Western Region shall give an appointment to petitioners within two weeks of this order being uploaded. Within one week from today, petitioners shall send a proposal to Mr. Tripathi, who shall forward it to the Regional Head.

Mr. Sabban assures the Court that petitioners will make a reasonable proposal to settle. Mr. Tripathi states that if such an offer is made, the Bank will certainly consider after taking into account petitioners' history.
