By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction against respondent No. 2 to continue with the proceedings under Section 78(A) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 as per the order dated 14.9.2017 passed by the Joint Registrar Cooperative Societies (CIDCO).

Learned AGP appearing for respondent No. 3 submits that he requires one week's time to file his reply with copy to the other side. Same is accepted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve remaining respondents by hand delivery along with entire proceedings and file afÏdavit of service to that effect by 17.10.2018, failing which Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
