Leave to amend is granted to the applicants to mention the number of days of delay in filing the civil application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Reverification is dispensed with. 2.

By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay 9 days in filing civil application and for restoration of the writ petition and for setting aside the order dated 26th April, 2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I). 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that the objections could not be removed within the time prescribed due to unavoidable circumstances and undertakes to remove office objections within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application and in view of the statement

kvm 2/2 908-CAW2068.16 made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants, order dated 26th April, 2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial -I) is set aside. Writ Petition Stamp No.262 of 2015 is restored to file on the condition that the applicants removes all office objections within two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. If the office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, the writ petition to stand dismissed without further reference to court. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
