By this application, the applicant seeks cancellation of the regular Bail granted to the respondent no.2. The said order dated 1st July 2017 granting bail is on page 60 of the application (Exhibit - 'G'). No perversity is found in the said impugned order dated 1st July 2017, enlarging respondent No.2 on bail.

Considering the aforesaid, there is no merit in the application. The application is accordingly dismissed.
