Grievance of the Petitioner is that Respondent No.5, though the lease was not renewed, has not removed the touring theatre from the site at which it was erected.

This Petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.1 - Collector, Raigad to decide the representation of the Petitioner within six weeks on merits and in accordance with law after giving personal hearing to the Petitioner and Respondent No.5. 3.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
