The learned APP places on record report dated 11th April, 2016 sent by the Sub-Inspector of Police of Yerwada Police Station, Pune. The same is taken on record and marked "X". In the light of the above, the Petitioner may resort to an appropriate remedy, as permissible in law. All issues are kept open.
