Heard. This is a successive application seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.178 of 2014 dated 3.7.2014 registered at Sahar Police Station against the applicant.

By an order dated 20.7.2015, the application seeking pre-arrest bail filed by the applicant was rejected by this Court (Coram: Sadhana S.Jadhav, J.) by a detailed order. In the present application, the applicant has, besides seeking an order under under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. requested the Courrt to direct the I.O. to procure from the complainant search report issued by Mrs. Meena N. Medhekar, Panel Advocate of Citizen Credit Cooperative Bank Ltd. Prior to sanctioning of the said loan in favour of the

Mhi 2 ABA-1079-15.sxw applicant. No such directions can be given to the I.O. It would amount to interfering with the cause and mode of investigation. There is no question of reviewing the order dated 20.7.2015.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is an apparent error in para 6 of the said order dated 20.7.2015. The said error can be corrected. The last line in para 6 of the said order dated 20.7.2015 be read as follows :- "The applicant has filed a suit against Mr. Daigo D'Souza seeking cancellation of the sale deed" instead of Mr. Daigo D'Souza has filed civil suit for specific performance." 4.

There is no change in circumstance nor any convincing ground has been made out for reviewing the order dated 20.7.2015. In view of this, the application stands rejected.
