This application is for fixing early date of hearing of Writ Petition No.4276 of 2010 in view of the order dated 7.10.2011 in Civil Application No.1553 of 2011 and order dated 4.3.2015 in Civil Application No.467 of 2015.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the earlier two orders, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order:
