I have heard learned counsel appearing for the applicants and I have perused the averments made in the petition. The petitioners have made out a case for grant of reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and a copy of the amended writ petition shall be served upon the newly added parties as well as other respondents within one week from the date of carrying out amendment.
