The Petitioner party-in-person has filed this contempt petition on the main ground that a civil suit i.e., R.A.E. Suit No.334/720 of 2004 was filed by the respondent No.1 and during the pendency of the civil suit, the respondent, who is the plaintiff in that case, has lodged false complaint against the present petitioner with the Crime Branch and, therefore, he moved application below exhibit 77, before the Small Causes Court. The learned Judge of the Small Causes Court by order dated 29.6.2015 rejected the said application against which he has moved this petition for contempt.

This petition is not tenable. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is dismissed.
