Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the applicants seek modification of the condition set out in clause - (i) of para 3 of the order dated 15th January, 2018, passed by this Court, in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.68 and 69 of 2018.

The condition of which modification/relaxation is sought, reads thus:- "3.
....
(i) In the event of arrest in CR No.482/2017 dated 31.10.2017 registered with Shahapur Police Station, Thane, the applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two separate solvent local sureties in the like amount."

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are unable to furnish local sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 15th January, 2018, and requests that the applicants be permitted to give with one or two separate solvent sureties in the like amount, from Nashik District.

Learned APP has no objection if the said condition is modified.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the condition set out in clause - (i) of para 3 of the order dated 15th January, 2018, imposed by this Court, in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.68 and 69 of 2018, stands modified. 7.
Accordingly, in the event of arrest in CR No.482/2017 dated 31.10.2017 registered with Shahapur Police Station, Thane, the applicants shall now be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two separate solvent sureties in the like amount, from Nashik District. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 15th January, 2018, to remain as it is.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 9.
