By the present application, the Applicant, i.e. the Respondent in the petition, prays for expeditious hearing of the writ petition. Perused the order of this Court dated 29 April 2013. The perusal of the material placed on record further shows that in compliance of the order of this Court, the Corporation Thane issued the orders reinstating the Respondent at the consolidated salary at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per month. The only submission for seeking expeditious Pg 1 of 2

caw1991-17.doc hearing of the petition was that the Applicant is paid consolidated salary and that the same is too insufficient. The submission of the Applicant is that he is entitled for a regular salary. The entitlement of the Applicant would be the subject matter for final consideration at the time of hearing and disposal of the petition. No ground is made out for grant of early hearing. The other petitions filed prior to the petition of 2012 filed by the Petitioner are waiting for their turn, the present petition be fixed for hearing in its usual turn. Prayer for early hearing or out of tun hearing is rejected.
