The applicant is seeking relaxation of condition stipulated in order dated 06th February 2019. The applicant was granted bail in connection with C.R.No.222 of 2018. While granting bail to the applicant, he was directed to stay away from the revenue jurisdiction of the Pune District till the trial is concluded. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the mother of the applicant is ailing and there is no one else to look after her. The applicant had resided in Mahabaleshwar pursuant to the order dated 06th February 2019. It is further submitted that the complainant has left India.

Learned APP on instructions from the officer present in the Court submits that the Police tried to find out whereabouts of the complainant in Pune but they could not contact her. The conditions to stay away from the revenue jurisdiction stands relaxed. The applicant shall report to concerned Police Station once in a month on every first Saturday of the month, till further order. 4.

Application stands disposed of.
