The applicants were granted interim relief by an Order dated 10.7.2018 as the applicants are father-in-law and mother-in law of the first informant Smt. Jyoti Sushilkumar.

The record indicates that, there are general allegations of demand made against the applicants and no overt act which may attract Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code is alleged against them.

In view of the above and the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar and anr. reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273 the applicants are entitled to be protected by pre-arrest bail. 4.

Interim relief granted by Order dated 10.7.2018 is hereby confirmed.
