Learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 state that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. Learned Counsel have tendered photocopies of the Consent Terms dated 6th September, 2023, as well as an additional Consent Terms dated 20th September, 2023. Both the photocopies of the Consent Terms are taken on record.

In view of the amicable settlement between the parties, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition seeking Writ of Habeas Corpus.

The petition stands disposed of.
