FINAL ORDER:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, by directing the Respondent to decide representation dated 6 February 2017 (Exhibit "X" to the Petition), which is pending inspite of the specific order passed by this Court on 30 October 2015 in Writ Petition No. 6342 of 2014, directing to decide such representations at the earliest possible time.

ssm 2 3-wp8205.17.sxw The present Writ Petition is therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). There shall be no order as to costs. It is suggested that the Petitioner to appear before the Competent Authority at Pune on 22 November 2017, at 11.00 a.m. sharp. The Competent Authority to take further steps for earliest disposal of the representation in accordance with law, preferably within period of 8 weeks, thereafter.
