The petitioners are claiming to be the legal heirs of deceased project affected person and seeking directions to the respondents to allot them land under the policy framed by the State Government. The learned AGP appearing for the State placed on record a copy of the order issued by the Additional Collector, Rehabilitation, Kolhapur on 27th February, 2017 allotting land in favour of the petitioners. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the order issued by the State Government as referred to above, the grievance raised by the petitioners in the present petition stands redressed. Writ petition is disposed of as such. No order as to costs.
