By this application, the applicant seeks cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai, vide order dated 28th June, 2017.

Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are the in-laws of the applicant and respondent Nos.3 and 4 are sisters-in-law.

The applicant had lodged a complaint as against the respondents and her husband alleging offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The impugned order granting pre-arrest bail to the respondent Nos.1 to 4 cannot be said to be perverse, warranting interference in the same. Even otherwise, after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed as against the said respondents on 6th March 2019.

Considering the aforesaid, there is no merit in the application, the application is accordingly dismissed.
