Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to file a Suit claiming relief in the form of declaration and injunction in regard to land to the extent of Survey no. 5 for which he is claiming that his alleged mother Bhagirathi was holding certificate under Section 32M of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948.
