It appears and undisputed position is that some of the members of the society have carried out construction without permission of the Municipal Corporation and for which purpose, the Corporation has also issued notices. In fact, respondent Nos. 21 and 23 who had also carried out such construction have removed it and restored the original position of the structure. We expect the remaining respondents also to do so within four months from today
4. civil wp 7588-13.doc failing which the Corporation shall take the notices to their logical conclusion. With these observations, Writ Petition is disposed of.
