The order of rejection dated 4 July 2016 needs to be challenged by the Petitioner and thus, we permit the Petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition granting liberty to file a fresh Petition challenging the order of rejection.

We advice the Petitioner to look into the issue that the permission sought pertained to the academic year 2016-17 and the clock cannot be put back. The Petitioner would consider making a fresh application for the ensuing academic year. N.M. JAMDAR, J.
