Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 14.06.2017 passed by the learned Revenue Minister in RTS Revision Application No.3017/3228/PR.K./146/J-6.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.2 filed RTS Appeal No.25/2011 challenging the judgment passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sinnar, Nasik in RTS Revision Application No.155/2010 and RTS Revision Application No.156/2010 both dated 14.06.2010 and the Additional Commissioner, Nasik Division in RTS No.142/2011 dated 31.01.2017. He submits that a revision is pending before the learned Revenue Minister. He submits that in view of the interim relief granted by the Basavraj G Patil 1/2
909.8434.17-wp learned Minister, the respondent may be directed to decide the Revision Application as early as possible. The learned AGP for the State submits that she received instructions that they are ready and wiling to decide the Revision Application within four months from today.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the statement made by the learned AGP for the State, following order is passed:
a.
Hearing of the Revision Application filed by respondent No.2 u/s.257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 pending before respondent No.1 State is expedited.
b.
The authority is directed to decide the Revision Application filed by respondent No.2 as early as possible but in any case within 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. c.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
d.
Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
