Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in the Writ Petition states on instructions that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioner, only by way of reason of

ash caw-2185.15 expediency that in this Petition, the Petitioner is accepting that the Applicant is a proper party. We accept the said statement. In view of this statement, the Application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
