By this Civil Application, the applicant/insurance company seeks stay to the execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 27th January, 2011 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Khed in M.A.C.P. No. 15 of 2009. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has deposited the amount of Rs.2,06,143/- on 1st November, 2011 and hence prays to stay the impugned judgment and award.

In view of this, the operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till the final hearing of the Appeal. The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court at the time of 1 / 2
