The license of the petitioner was cancelled. The petitioner fled writ petition bearing No.10282 of 2013. The petitioner was denied the interim relief. The petitioner fled Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court granted interim order.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner now submits that the petitioner has fled application for renewal of the license. The same is yet to be decided.

The writ petition fled by the petitioner bearing No. 10282 of 2013 is pending before this Court. The Court is seized with the matter. For further orders to be passed with regard to the license of the petitioner, it is appropriate that the application be made in the pending writ petition. 4.

With the abovesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
