Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that though the son of applicant is added as respondent No. 2 in Criminal Appeal No. 677/2019, said applicant is not added as party in application for suspension of sentence. The record however, reveals that Mahesh, son of applicant is added as respondent No.2 in application for suspension of sentence.
