P.C.:- Prima facie it appears that, Original-Defendant Khemraj is in possession of unauthorized and unlawful possession of the Suit premises. It further appears that, erstwhile owner of the Suit premises Shri. Tapuria is trying to take undue advantage of the lacunae in the Deed of Transfer of Suit property to exploit the situation by putting-forth Mr. Khemraj, the Applicant (Appellant herein) to claim possession over the said enclosed garage admeasuring 162 sq. fts., which is the subject matter of the present Appeal.

In view thereof, no interim relief.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
