3] In terms of the pursis, in each case, the appellant- State seeks to withdraw these appeals and the respondent (s) - claimant(s) state that they accept the award of the reference court and they have no intention of filing any cross-objections or cross-appeals. 4] Accordingly, these appeals are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid as also the pursis, in each case, handed in. The appellant - State shall be entitled to refund of court fees, in terms of the Rules as permissible.
5] The pending civil applications, if any, do not survive and the same are also disposed of.
