Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the respondent nos.2, 6 to 8, 13 and respondent nos.3 to 5 and have perused the averments made in the civil application. The applicant has made out a case for bringing the legal heirs of the respondent no.12 on record for the reasons recorded in the civil application. 2.

The civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The amendment to be carried out within one week from today. The amended copy of the writ petition shall be served within one week from the date of carrying out amendment upon the 1/2

The civil application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
