The petitioner alleges contempt of the order dated 3rd December, 2015 in Public Interest Litigation No. 84 of 2018. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner the restraint order was there only upto April, 2018. Still the authorities did not take any cognizance of the order of this Court, nor implementing the orders of this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that on February 13, 2023, the prohibitory orders are passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in writ petition bearing No. 1860 of 2023.

In light of that, the present contempt petition cannot be proceeded with.

The petitioner may file a fresh contempt petition if there are no prohibitory orders in force.

With these observations, the contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
