First Appeal has been already admitted. There is a challenge to the Judgment and Award under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act.

Hence, the application is disposed of by passing the following order :

ORDER

(i) Ad-interim relief granted on 8th May, 2015 shall continue to operate as interim relief subject to condition of the applicants depositing the entire compensation

caf-1569.15.sxw amount payable as of today with the Reference Court within a period of two months from today. If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, stay shall stand vacated without further reference to Court; (ii) As and when amount is deposited, it will be open for the Respondents to withdraw the same on furnishing adequate security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court. Applicant shall be heard before accepting security;
