Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The appointment of the Petitioner in Respondent No.1 institution on non-grant basis was approved from 16 June 2004. The Petitioner was given approval on a grantable basis from 1 December 2018. The Petitioner had made a representation on 13 September 2021 that for the purpose of pensionary benefits, the Petitioner's appointment should be considered from 16 June 2004. 3.

The Petitioner is in service and is due to retire some time in the year 2026. Therefore, what Petitioner initially seeks is a Sneha Chavan

Since this representation is made and is not yet decided, we dispose of the Writ Petition directing the Education Officer to look into the representation and decide the same on its own merits as per law. On merit, we leave the decision to be taken to the Education Officer. The decision be taken and be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of 8 weeks subject to the earlier time bound directions and commitments.
