This Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Appellant No.1. Deceased Appellant No.1 passed away on 4th March 2022 and the Interim Application is filed on 27th July 2022. Therefore, there is some delay in fling the Interim Application.

However, sufficient reasons are given and therefore, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
